Located in Studio 141 on the Lower Ground Floor, our Wellness Studio is designed to help you move more, feel energised and reset throughout your day. It’s a dedicated space to get ready for the day ahead or take a break from your desk with a class that boosts both body and mind.

You can join a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and HIIT, all free to attend for building customers. Use the link below to view the current schedule and book your place.

With a lifelong background in competitive athletics, football, and boxing, Conor has encountered and overcome numerous physical and mental challenges. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the vital role self-care, nutrition, and recovery play in overall well-being.

Conor understands how significant the small yet impactful adjustments—such as improving sleep hygiene and breathing techniques—can lead to significant positive changes.

Combining his passion and skills in health and fitness, specialising in strength and conditioning, boxing and functional training, with over a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, he successfully guides clients toward achieving both physical and mental transformation through his coaching.

Beyond physical training, Julie helps transform the way clients think and feel about their health, understanding why it's so important and encouraging them to make it as much of a priority as other ‘routine’ tasks in life. Julie also offers nutritional guidance, encouraging balanced, non-restrictive food choices for long-term success.

Elina is a dedicated Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher with a deep-rooted connection to the practice. Growing up in a household where yoga was studied by her parents, she was exposed to its principles early on. However, it was only after several years in academia and a decade working internationally for a multinational financial technology company that she transitioned to teaching yoga full-time.

Her teaching style emphasizes the biomechanics of the body, working at the intersection of mobility and strength, while incorporating breath awareness and elements of yoga philosophy. As a lifelong athlete, she has experienced significant injuries, which have provided firsthand lessons in ego, patience, rehabilitation, and a holistic approach to healing. These experiences have shaped her understanding of movement and recovery, reinforcing her belief that yoga is for everybody and every body, supporting individuals in their unique journeys.

Elina encourages her clients to ask questions, explore the present moment with curiosity, and embrace both inquiry and surrender to discover what unfolds. She welcomes all to join her classes or 1-2-1 sessions to experience the transformative power of yoga.
