Located in Studio 141 on the Lower Ground Floor, our Wellness Studio is designed to help you move more, feel energised and reset throughout your day. It’s a dedicated space to get ready for the day ahead or take a break from your desk with a class that boosts both body and mind.
You can join a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and HIIT, all free to attend for building customers. Use the link below to view the current schedule and book your place.
