In a world where there is often uncertainty and sometimes chaos, our ability to handle challenge and adversity is dependent on a solid base built through daily practices for emotional regulation and mental self care.

This session shares concepts and ideas to support attendees in finding their sense of certainty and groundedness irrespective of what challenges they meet externally.

In the same way we practice physical fitness to build long term physical health, this session encourages attendees to put in place a mental and emotional ‘fitness’ routine to build capacity and mental/emotional health over time (rather than waiting for the crisis to begin practicing self care).
