In this interactive workshop you will learn what burnout is, how to recognise it in yourself and others, aand the evidence based steps to managing it successfully. Touching on the changes the individual, teams and organisations must make to sustain recovery, and showcasing Dr Ashley’s unique method of teaching burnout recovery, this workshop features insights from her own recovery as well as her 12 years of experience as a NHS doctor.
