We have 8 different style of yoga classes available as a one-off session or ongoing weekly classes.

  • Vinyasa Yoga - This fluid, full-body flow will get you feeling loose & flexi! Following rhythmical, breath-coordinated movements allows you to connect the body and mind, bringing inner focus whilst getting a good workout!
  • Power Yoga - Dynamic and fast, Power Yoga is like no other! Working through a series of poses in sequence with emphasis placed on strength, stamina, posture, and mental focus. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat!
  • Hatha Yoga - Stretch, release and discover balance. This slower-paced class emphasises static postures, focussing on stretching and breath to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
  • Yin Yoga - Developed to penetrate deep into your connective tissues, Yin encourages you not to use your muscles, but hold passive poses for several minutes, concentrating on static movement, breath work and meditation for a deep and rewarding practice.
  • Restorative Yoga - Healing the mind and body through simple, held poses, your body will experience the benefits of a pose without exerting effort. More rejuvenating than a nap, this class focusses on relaxation.
  • Rocket Yoga - This fast-paced practice is a marriage of tempo and sequence with enhanced flow and core routines, promoting renewed vitality and energy!
  • Yoga Nidra - This ancient form of non-physical yoga, is the perfect antidote to modern stress. Through guided body scans and visualisations, learn to balance the mind between the waking and sleeping states. This powerful practice opens internal gateways to deep relaxation.
  • Yoga For Beginners - Not everyone has mastered the crow or conquered their Warrior II.. Our Yoga For beginners sessions are lower in intensity, people can ask the questions they’ve always wanted to ask and we create a class that simply makes you want to come back again!


All our yoga trainers have 200 hours training, are fully insured and have lots of experience teaching classes in a workplace environment.
