Breathwork Yoga for Stress Awareness Day with Edit

Together, we’ll stretch and flow through yoga-inspired poses while cultivating calm and clarity through guided breathing techniques.

As a customer at SIX, you have access to the classes we hold in our Wellness Studio, situated on the Lower Ground Floor.

Our Wellness Studio is a dedicated area for staying active and healthy, getting ready for the day ahead, or taking a rejuvenating break from work.

Our wellness partners, That Day, provide a calendar of fitness classes that you can view and book for free using the booking link below. These classes will include Pilates, yoga and HIIT.
