As a Northcliffe customer, you have free access to fitness classes in our Gym. That Day offer weekly HIIT, Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga classes. To book these, scroll down to the schedule below and create your login! 

For personal training in the Gym, enquire using the form at the bottom of the page.

Before you can access and use the gym, you must have signed our WAIVER and viewed our induction video. Once you have done this, head to the security office and they will activate your card.

Julie

Strength & Fitness

Julie is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing, both physically and mentally. A big fan of weightlifting, she prioritises progressive strength training through 1-2-1 coaching and group classes, ensuring a balance of strength and fitness to help clients move well and feel energised.

Beyond physical training, Julie helps transform the way clients think and feel about their health, understanding why it's so important and encouraging them to make it as much of a priority as other ‘routine’ tasks in life. Julie also offers nutritional guidance, encouraging balanced, non-restrictive food choices for long-term success.

Working with individuals of all fitness levels, Julie tailors training programs to each client’s goals and needs. She believes the journey should be fun, fulfilling, and educational, ensuring clients understand and engage with their programs as they progress.

Steven has worked in the Boxing and Fitness industry for 25 years. He loves teaching the art of boxing and helping people on their journey from throwing their first jab to competing in the ring. He has coached hundreds of clients from competing fighters to absolute beginners with no ambitions of fighting.

Steven combines his boxing coaching with fitness and resistance training to help build a strong and powerful body. He is skilled at designing sessions that are perfect for your current skillset and fitness level. So whether it is boxing, strength and conditioning, or a combination of the two, get in touch with Stevie to begin your fitness journey, or to take it to the next level!

With a lifelong background in competitive athletics, football, and boxing, Conor has encountered and overcome numerous physical and mental challenges. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the vital role self-care, nutrition, and recovery play in overall well-being.

Conor understands how significant the small yet impactful adjustments, such as improving sleep hygiene and breathing techniques, can lead to significant positive changes.

Combining his passion and skills in health and fitness, specialising in strength and conditioning, boxing and functional training, with over a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, he successfully guides clients toward achieving both physical and mental transformation through his coaching.
