This workshop explores resilience in the digital age, addressing instant gratification, social media's impact, values, growth mindset, and developing resilience strategies.
People in today’s world have been shown to have lower resilience in work due to the amount of information they have access to via social media, with the world being ever more connected. This workshop empowers people to understand why we look for instant gratification and how to create strategies that help us connect to delayed gratification in order to be more resilient.
This 60 or 90 minute workshop will cover the following:
This workshop examines development topics like growth mindset and resilience through a modern lens that young people can relate to. Lucy uses a fun and collaborative style, group discussion, and reflective practice to help people understand and walk away with skills that will be applicable to them inside and outside of work.
