Awareness days to support your people all year

Planning ahead is one of the easiest ways to make workplace wellbeing feel intentional rather than reactive. Awareness days give you useful hooks throughout the year to start conversations, run events, activities and bring your people together around health, inclusion and culture.

To help with planning for 2026, we have pulled together key wellbeing and inclusion dates, plus suggested That Day sessions that can bring each one to life.

You do not need to mark every single day on the calendar. Instead, use this as a menu and pick the moments that align with your values, your people and your wider plans.
