Frequently asked questions.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Get in touch.

How much does it cost the company?

The cost to your company is actually minimal, simple a small fee for your personalised booking page setup and management. Then the cost of the individual sessions are covered by your staff.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

They are suitable for all fitness levels, whether someone is new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to improve performance.

What kind of space do I need?

People often think they can't organise workplace fitness because they don’t have a gym or studio, but the great thing about our corporate personal fitness service is it's totally customisable! All you need is a meeting room or local park to get started. However, if you have a wellness room or studio that is under utilised and needs managing, check out our Wellness Room Service.

Do I need to invest in a lot of equipment?

This is entirely up to you! Our instructors can lead sessions specifically designed around using no equipment, or we can help you source equipment for a dedicated wellness space. You could even see if people want to bring their own (don't we all have a yoga mat somewhere?)

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically run from 30 to 60 minutes, but we can tailor timings to suit your working day and team schedules.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?

This depends on your goals, but most clients benefit from one to three sessions per week alongside independent activity.

Can personal training help with back pain and posture?

Yes, many clients use PT sessions to improve posture, strengthen supporting muscles, and reduce aches caused by desk-based work.
