In this session, Josh will bring you a hugely practical session focused on the impact of anxiety on our nervous system and our bodies.

In the session you will:

  • Understand how to map your own nervous system and the impact anxiety has
  • Introduce the tools to regulate and reset it during these times
  • Understand the rational brain, the impact the body has on it and the impacts day to day experiences have on our body.

Attendees will leave this session with multiple different tangible techniques to navigate, regulate and reset their nervous system during anxious moments.
