What customers say...
'I had a great experience taking part in Raf’s coaching sessions. I found these very engaging and suited a range of different job roles within our business. I couldn’t recommend these sessions enough! Raf’s skills at delivering these sessions successfully are what makes them very interesting and very relatable to everyday people management challenges we face in the workplace. I’ve been on many other behavioural management courses with several different styles, I’ve previously took part in The Coaching Habit training and found it tried to change the way I manage/coach people and my style, where Raf’s sessions I found engaged my skills and the way I manage/coach people (my team) without losing the personal touch and end up feeling scripted. I enjoyed the open discussion and feedback style that Raf delivered without the use of role play exercises. This is the way we should be delivering training!'
