International Men's Day
International Men’s Day takes place on 19 November each year. It’s a global day that celebrates the positive role men and boys play in their workplaces, families and communities — and highlights the importance of looking after men’s mental and physical health.
In the UK, the themes remain simple and powerful:
- Make a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men and boys
- Support charities and causes that focus on men’s health
- Promote open, positive conversations about men, manhood and masculinity
At work, International Men’s Day is an opportunity to build awareness, encourage honest discussion, and show support for male colleagues who may be struggling in silence.
That Day offers practical ways to mark the occasion through workshops, talks and wellbeing sessions that create safe, open environments for men to connect and reflect.
